Mr. Moore’s undergraduate degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia has always led him to focus on finding economic efficiency in litigation. For a decade after graduating from Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California, his represented clients were corporate entities and small businesses such as: American Airlines; United Airlines, Northrop Gruman; McDonald’s and its franchisees; The Boys & Girls Club of Hollywood; Papa John’s and its franchisees; Liberty Mutual Insurance; LWP Claims Solutions; and Habitat for Humanity. While providing counsel and representing these entities in worker’s compensation, subrogation and employment matters, Mr. Moore negotiated settlements in thousands of matters. As a result, Mr. Moore is well versed in finding creative solutions for the resolution of issues and crafting varied complex settlements.
The other half of Mr. Moore’s career was spent representing individual plaintiffs in consumer warranty litigation. Individuals shared one concern with entities, the length of time litigating a case to resolution. While many individuals want to maximize the value of their case, they often equally value reaching a resolution. After negotiating countless settlements on behalf of individuals, Mr. Moore has a wealth of knowledge and strategies that will lead to cost effective resolution for both parties. In addition to being a partner in and helping Consumer Law Experts to grow into one of the largest Song- Beverly Consumer law firms in California, Mr. Moore was also a fellow at the nationally renowned Plaintiff’s Trial firm Greene, Broillet, and Wheeler. At the former, he learned to negotiate five to six figure settlements on behalf of individuals, and at the latter he learned the art of negotiating six and seven figure settlements. As a result, Mr. Moore has a master’s degree in the language of litigation and a proven track record of resolving matters with a wide range of damages.
