Benjamin Franklin famously said an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.  Talented people are often successful because they have bold personalities and strong opinions. Early informal resolution of issues between core stakeholders in your organization can result in retaining essential talent and/or avoiding costly litigation. Often, perceived differences between lateral members of an organization or between hierarchical members are just that, a matter of perspective. Please allow A&M to serve as the well-reasoned perspective that assists your organization in resolving internal conflict before it ever reaches the court.

After litigating cases for over twenty years, Mr. Moore has investigated countless matters to determine the merits of disputes and the rights and responsibilities of various parties. If you have an employee who is making a complaint and a third-party investigation would provide more faith in the process, please allow A&M to conduct that investigation and attempt to resolve the issue before it ever reaches the litigation stage.

Lastly, if you are having issues integrating various departments within your organization, allow A&M to meet with the department(s) leadership team. There are often opportunities for increased synergy and increased productivity, but they are lost when departments operate within separate silos. A&M will work to identify those opportunities and bring all management stakeholders on board.
